This group, of women and men, believe in standing for effective and efficient government that is aimed at providing the quality public safety, education, and healthcare the people of Pasco County deserve. Ours is the party that champions the middle class and the basic principle of fairness to ensure all citizens are treated equally. And we believe in protecting the land, water, and air for our children and grandchildren.

We are forming a group of progressive democratics who like to get together in a variety of venues, including happy hours, dinners, sporting events, art happenings, live music, house parties, beach days, boat rides, fun day trips, etc. We prefer non-smoking events. We hope for lively conversations. Most events will be in the St. Pete area, but we are open to events in Tampa and other nearby towns.

This is a meetup for liberal thinkers that happen to like film and also like to cook, or have a partner that likes to cook, or can cut up a watermelon. The film selections will range from movies staring big name actors to esoteric art films, documentaries, and foreign films.  We tend to choose movies that have a broad base of good reviews and hopefully each film will stimulate our thinking and provoke conversation.
